Please post here to co-ordinate testing times. You can go in and test alone, but it would be nice to have 2 people develop a few conquest games to look for bugs.

Have you looked into your spam folder?

Is your email address you used for ACSS registration still valid?

At request of Dome, I just updated the forgot password screen to show the email the changed password was sent to. Give it another shot and let us know.

When I enter my name either Alien51 or Alien51@BS it says it is valid.

I have played on ACSS before.

Yes I tried to reset my password. But when I try to log in with the password which is emailed it says not valid. If I try to change the password, anything I try to change it to is not valid.

We had this same problem when ASGS was released. Many had to be entered manually before the problem was fixed. I have the same issue as Alien.

Hi Raum,

I think you issue was that you had a different account under ACSS, and then when you added your ASGS account, it linked back to your beta account under the different name. When this happens, ACSS wants you to either log in with the orignal account, or request an unlink. In this case I unlinked the accounts, so that you can login with the new one.

I'm working with Alien via PM to see where the issue is, but his issue is different, his account is registered, but he can't login with the generated password or change the generated password (not sure which yet, I think it's the former because the system shows his last login was in June).

You don't have to actually play a game. Just make sure you can log into the lobby.
