I guess you could use the term gamer 10 years ago when it was still a special interest group...

Now?

There are many kind of games!

competetive games
facebook games
console games
casual games

Everyone plays some sort of game now, so yeah I dont think theres much point in using the term gamer anymore.

I like the article, but I'm not sure you have legal rights to use those photos. Finding a photo on Google Images doesn't mean you can use it, even if you're giving credit unless you received permission. Some of your photos didn't even have photo credits.

Use CreativeCommons.org if you didn't before.
