What do you all think?
I'm sorry I don't remember any of it. For you the day spideycw graced your squad with utter destruction was the most important day of your life. But for me, it was Sunday

My apologies.

There will be much corporate blood once it is all done and dusted. Great opportunity for vampires. In fact, those who already have their fangs in there are just waiting for the opportune time to start sucking.

I feel sorry for the hoards of small investors who will be recommended by their Financial Advisers to invest, because their financial advisors will be given an incentive fee, in the same way apartment sales get inflated sales by builders agreeing to large FA fees to invest in an inferior product.

Ahh, initial public offering.

I'm gonna have to say bad idea. I know nothing about stocks, but I know that Facebook bought out that photo upload IP just 'cause it was competition....

Doesn't that scream anti-trust?

not worth it unless you got some buddies at the bank underwriting it all

THOUGHTS?

Errr...Vogue.....I think after all the awesome SPV's that caused our last economic catastrophe, the banks might be a bit smarter....by, like...saying....put some skin (equity) down.

This screams capital raising in an environment where in some countries, you can still live off interest alone.

companies like this always get banks to help them underwrite their IPO's not really a big deal. what im sayin is that the people getting the best deals are those underwriting these IPO's, everyone else is paying more since they're buying it from these banks technically.

also I haven't really looked into this since i've been busy with finals, but how does facebook even make money?? those dinky ad's on the side? can't be their only source of revenue

what im thinkin is that facebook is actually a front for the italian mob, and they use it to launder money while slowly corrupting today's youth into joining them through subliminal advertising that many don't even notice. like for example did you know that there's an app called MAFIA????? @#(!'s cray

you would be investing in something that people use for free to post messages for free on systems that they have paid someone else for

so by all rights people should avoid this like they avoid one of those millenial cults that promises free koolaid and trips to venus
