We're playing beta
lol i dont see why it was removed int he first place. having controls saved for you remotly is a good thing, especially when switching betweeen installs (r5, R6, etc)

These bugs haven't been fixed yet because don't have any developers interested in fixing them up. --Tigereye

I was the one having the crashes. Hadn't tried beta in a long time before so I was missing the artwork file.TurkeyXIII wrote:QUOTE (TurkeyXIII @ Mar 24 2012, 10:22 PM) Who was it that was having problems remapping controls? There seems to be leftover remnants of #176; the code looks for the load button but the artwork to display it is missing. I don't have the crash because I still have the artwork from when it was a thing, but the button should be completely removed.
Also somebody said something about changing thrust?
Also when I try to change thrust with the mouse wheel it is a lot more difficult and not smooth like in R5 (especially if I try to scroll the mouse wheel quickly). The 0%/100% thrust binds (which I have on the keyboard) work fine and I assume the 33%/66% ones are fine as well.
Not sure if the same problem exists when binding it to a key instead of the mouse wheel, and not sure if this also affects zooming on a turret (where you can use the thrust up/down keys to zoom). I also don't know if the zoom in/out binds would have the same problem if I put them on the mousewheel (should probably try to check this stuff next time I'm on beta and hopefully the remap controls thing is fixed so I can try changing them between mousewheel/keyboard and see what happens).

After our commander rushes an OP to their home: I launch AB then enemy comm AB launches. I'm not giving any names.
