Allegiance runs under Fusion on the mac, but there are some graphic bugs and the performance is so low (around 5 fps on my macbook pro) that it's unplayable.

Activating the better graphics card and doing some dark magic on wmware might improve it, but I think it's a long way to from there to fully playable.

Short answer: No

Long answer: It's technically possible, but our security apparatus would also need to be ported, and we don't have a lot of development happening as it is, so No.
