Nope - There is no protagonist. A Song of Ice and Fire has had Twenty-Five third person narrators, all utilizing point-of-view narration.
Books four and five have split up the narration based on geographic incidence, no less.
This is not a story with a "main character." This is a story about many people, doing lots of things, with different opinions. You can choose to identify with someone and make them "your" main character.... but that does not mean the story revolves around them.
