I didn't pirate their stuff. I bought a game in their onlineshop and downloaded it, but the online-payment-provider I used canceled the money transfer. So now I am stuck in a situation, where valve wants me to pay via that payment-site, but the payment-site says there is no open bill. I kept e-mailing both supports for a while, but they kept sending me the same answers and won't let me pay....
