I need to get a phone that supports email. I suppose it should have decent camera, video, web browsing and is easy to transfer dataforces, but I assume that is pretty standard by now. Price isnt too much a concern, since it is a business expense. I could just get an iphone but i'm not that hipster. However i'm also too lazy to look around much and havent paid attention to anything regarding said devices in years. I have T-mobile if that makes a dif.

thanks in advance!

I just got the wife a Droid2 Global, which she loves. It does sync with Exchange over the air. Not sure which mail server you need it to hit, but I can report that it syncs calendar and inbox with Exchange and was not too hard to setup.

Also: Angry Birds is the bomb.

I couldn't get into T-Mobiles web site to see if they carry it (it's throwing 500 errors on their droid page), but it looks like they have Droid phones from Motorola, so they probably got something similar. We use Verizon.

Edit: Blackberrys will only sync to Exchange if your Exchange admin has the BES stuff on the server. Otherwise, you're only going to sync via POP3/IMAP which is a little more crappy, and no calendar sync as far as I know. If you're not on Exchange, then those are worth a look, but the processor in my Curve is weak, and the Java app support is crap. Also the thing takes like 3 minutes to boot, and I have to restart it every few days as it won't play audio on incoming calls when it decides it doesn't want to play with me any more.

The CIO at my company knows folks at Microsoft and got a couple of demo units of the new version of Windows mobile (Windows Mobile 7).

Get it FOR SURE. At least take a look. I've owned a droid and currently own an Iphone and it's far better than either.

yikes! windows mobile. I'm not sure if i'm ready for more windows. What phones does it ship on, or is it its own device?

I've set up a blackberry or two and worked with a few others and I must say i hate their guts and hope their children are infertile. Bleh. Droid was pretty much the only other phone i knew of besides the iphone so I will definitely look at that

Yeah I'm no huge fan of Windows in general, I was actually pre-disposed to prefer a droid. But the phone was just badass. TBH I don't recall the actual phone he demoed since I didn't get to keep it more than like 15 mins to play around with it.

I can find out tomorrow. I know it isn't in wide release in the US yet but its launching on more phones.

Android operating system> Iphone and Blackberry

I have hotmail, yahoo, and gmail routed to it. Pretty handy as it comes with Office and you can open PDF's and Word documents.

You could also watch porn because it has flash enabled

Source: Ive had an Iphone before and a Blackberry Bold.

I have a Droid 1 and i love this phone.

Buy Windows Phone ... keep me employed please! :D I've got a Samsung Focus myself (AT&T), but I hear the HTC HD7 is a pretty good piece of hardware too.
