The reason why your account is disabled is because on November 3rd, 2004 you requested that your account be permanently banned.
It's been almost 7 years since then. During this time our policies have changed a bit: we no longer grant people permanent bans even if they request them. We've found that almost everyone who requests one of these changes their mind and returns to play again.
It created unnecessary work for the admins to permanently ban and then revoke the ban, so we started denying these requests.
Anyways.
I've removed the permanent ban on your account because had you made such a request within the last 5 years we wouldn't have granted it anyways.
