I joined a team with Ryujin cmding. After being in game for about 3 minutes or so I was booted. I don't even know why, I know it wasn't a gameplay thing. And I don't believe I've ever been booted in-game about an attitude thing. But I did see him trash talking about BS before that game. So I suppose that was why.
I was flying in this game and remember it was not just you that got booted there was at least one other, Ryujin explained after we blew 3 bases in a row, as you and the other dont remember who failed to do anything to defend against the 1 turret no nan bomber not because you are in BS.

I got really confused when I read story 4 as Ryjamsan not Ryuijin. And yes Gui is trolling, no he isn't a nasty person no matter what he says and also just because he's trolling doesn't mean he hasn't got a point.

Why should someone have to actively want to get better at something that doesn't have anything to do with their survival? Maybe they do it for fun and they care how good they are. Maybe they don't care if they get any worse or better as long as they have the same amount of fun.

This is a very valid point. Commanders expect everyone to be at a certain level and judge them accordingly. Some players just want to have fun.

Then if they $#@! up someone else's fun by not caring enough to get better and thus making it worse for their team they shouldn't make whiny complaint threads.

It doesn't make sense to care enough to cry about it but not to improve, unless you are lazy and/or in SPQR/DSM.

Thing is, you're not playing alone, maybe you dont need nor want to get better in the game, thats valid, you only play for fun, thats ok, but then again you're not alone in this game, and the game its meant to be played by teams, wich means that your performance in game affect the team, thus affecting the fun of everyone on it, including the comm, you dont want to get better, ok, just dont complain when you make a mistake and get booted because it affects the gameplay for everyone, want to play selfish way, i think you can always go play quake arena with your friends.

If you're not interested in contributing to the team, maybe a single-player game would be more your speed?

I don't even like SGs because too many people just care about winning. I enjoy teamwork with friends who I can just have laughs with. Doesn't mean I'm not trying to win, but I won't sacrifice my fun in order to do so.
