Secondly, fighters should have some kind of innate shield bonus, albeit not more than 10-20% max (hull bonus for belt).
I think any kind of big changes like adding specific boosters would be a bad idea.
The main thing that cannot be denied, player skill aside, nearly every sup vs. exp game results in the exp team DOMINATING the fighters in 1v1 combat; and that just makes no sense.
One alternative possibility, ints could have their hull reduced.
Who are you and why should I listen to your opinion? You don't really sound like you know what you are talking about. Ints are SUPPOSED to dominate in 1v1 dogfighting, see. They can't kill drones as well as figs, they can't ripcord, they can't recharge shields, and they can't kill bases or kill caps as well as figs. They also can't drop prox/minepacks.
A person with a pistol and a person with a swiss army knife get into a fight, its obvious who will win. The person with the swiss army knife can do some other @#(! too, though. The guy with the knife should probably not be a $#@!ing idiot and try to take on the guy with the pistol 1on1 unless he has some sort of mental handicap that makes him post inane, poorly thought out opinions in the CC forum.
