I voted for unlimited, but there should be a theoretical limit, like maybe 5. Three is very small for someone who is well-tagged or in an important position like Cadet or Zone Games, or the other program that teaches people to shout at a group of people to do something.

The important thing is not being limited to 1 hider.
Now maybe kage will shut up.
