I finally got around to doing a proper commit of the Allegiance Update project I was inspired to see through by a post a while back by Cort in the dev zone forum.
the reason I'm committing it in the main now is that the management here at FAO is on bored /w the the whole idear and i might get hit by a bus so one of u need to tell Bard what to do just in case
