Out of curiosity, why can't you test things using the beta client?raingriffin wrote:QUOTE (raingriffin @ Jun 1 2010, 04:45 PM) atm i can't help patching up the problems: my laptop got fried and the new one has an intel video card...
I won't be able to play Alleg or run a testing benchmark until the fix in the beta client will become official and go into production. hopefully that will be soon instead of two weeks. Until then whatever i had going will be put on hyatus.
As to things you need to do, the only thing I really think needs fixing on your end is the geometry error and the centering of the int model (and neither are real pressing), I or someone else can change the gunmounts and cockpit. If you want to do something special to brighten up the int you can if you like, but I've already made a brightened texture for CC team's consideration. Hypothetically speaking I could import the current int into Milkshape, find and fix the problem, then export it, but I don't know what kind of errors that tends to introduce if any, and I also don't know how to fix a geometry error in Milkshape that appears in the exported file but not when you import that file.
