Yeah, I've been tweaking the GT models a little bit lately and noticed that as well. There are some faces that really aren't properly mapped and those that are don't always fully utilize the texture space available. (Not bashing Orion, He got more done in less time than I could dream of doing myself).
still I might see if I can clean things up a little bt.

Grats for the good job Space, i really wish i were able to do high res textures of the current alleg stuff we have but i don't know the basics too. I am glad to see GT gets a bit o eye love for once. Now let's hope they'll get some "fix the freaking lame fig fuel/boost issue" as well ^^
I'd love GT ships to get a high res wardrobe too

When we both have a moment I'll get master Raingriffin to teach me how to do hitboxes properly. Then I'll do a proper hitbox for the GT fig, getting rid of that giant assbox.
