So I'm trying to put together a page for Cadets that basically explains the faction. I'm sure non-cadets will find it useful when OH is released, too. I've put stuff on there I've gathered from ICE, talking with players, etc.

Anyway, is there anything else that the CC team wants to add?

Usually though, "skill" is used to covertly mean "match the game exactly to my level of competence." Anyone who is at all worse than me should fail utterly (and humorously!) and anyone better is clearly too caught up in the game and their opinions shouldn't count.
