After deliberation with DSM, on January 15th I asked Black Shadow if they would be willing to entertain a merger. I asked them to not give any leadership rights as part of the merger, nor did I want to infringe upon their age old name in any way.
They agreed.

I'm a bit surprised that BS entertained the offer. They were very public about not wanting to merge with SPQR several months ago. I guess this explains why Ryj needed a week off.
