SiS Mirage 3 is a graphic card, to run Vista Aero effects on low budget PCs. It's not designed to run real 3D games (like R5).

can we get screen shots in here from SiS Mirage 3 owners ONLY plz.. windowed/fullscreen -safemode 16bpp & 32bpp @ 800x600 / 1024x768

I should note that this is with the latest SiS drivers. . the problem before I 'updated' was that the escape-menu and in game text font was screwed up so badly to be unreadable, but the main menus and so on were pretty much the same, though seemed to be excessively anti-aliased or something.

If there is one way to describe my PC, it is low budget. When it has to put up with anything more strenuous than playing pac-man it makes demonic gurgling noises of protest at being forced to get off its arse.

Yeah I know the SiS sucks ass. . but right now all I have to do anything with is an Acer Aspire 3004, which is about 3 years old now (with somewhat obsolete hardware when I bought it new). . and while I can 'play' alleg, since the textures and whatnot are still visible I can't see the minimap or read the chat so I've no idea whats going on. .
