Since SPQR has under 15 active members, they do not qualify to be a squad anymore and therefore should be disbanded.

If they are literally two members short, it seems like the rules could be bent to give them a chance to get back on their feet, IMHO. It's not like the exact letter of the law is god when it comes to video game forums, as has been repeatedly demonstrated.

Pk, RT, GB, and BS have all been bellow 15 in the past 5 or so years. SPQR isn't in the tournament anymore and they aren't hurting anyone. Anyone who does schedule a game with them will know that chances are they wont have a great showing, so it's not really a big deal.
For now, mind your own business. You never know, Cheezits might be able to bring them back (I doubt it though).
