2nd in command

Papsmear had accepted the position as my 2nd in command. He now has Zone Leader status. He also has the same capabilities as myself.

He will be working with me closely to learn the system and processes I use. Still contact me directly, but CC Papsmear on any messages. He will fill in during my absence when I am not available.

Please welcome him to his new position.

(FYI, he is itching to try out the new super hammer)
