1. Being promoted at 1k of enemy base, and die while wondering why my turret was suddenly so slow...
2. Realize I never mounted my ABs after a couple successful FB runs. Invisible missiles FTW.
3. Going the wrong side of the enemy base while sidenanning.

1. Thought Slipshod: Mining 'n' Research was a hack people put on the end of their names to get better miners and research faster.
2. Stopped donating
3. Wanted to join PK
4. Considered an offer from ACE
5. Commanded Giga and made sure settings were 1.25/1.35/Plentiful
6. Launched as fast as possible at the start of the game without bothering to load out so I could find alephs and rocks the fastest (and thus have my name in red chat saying "Crono has found aleph to Sexytime"). Nowadays I know ints are better scouts than scouts.
7. Joined Cadet :P

-Commanded giga, rushing Ur mines while getting patties and forgoing lt. boosters.
-Didn't remap the rolls and played as Rix.
-Probed during autopilot from one aleph in a sector to the next // probed on-plane with F3.
-Didn't stop shooting my turret with a TF bomber.
-Loaded minepacks in a scout when possible during nanning bomb runs instead of prox mines.
-Didn't load an extra rack of chaff against tac teams while nanning bomb runs.
-Didn't suicide my pod at pretty well every possible opportunity.
-Barely used side-straffing.
-Didn't shoot down missiles.
-Wasted chaff on dumbfires.

1.) dogfighting, turreting, everything only with keyboard
2.) Dropping my probes 100m in front of the alephs
3.) cruised with my int 90% of the time to save the precious fuel, just in case
4.) docking with auto pilot and/or with double carefulness (Jumpgate formed my fear, if anyone remembers that :D )

Thought that SRM was the coolest squad because they were the only ones I recognized/played against in beta/Post-AZ

Now I'm aware that SF holds this title.

-Thought the only types of mines were caltrops. How commanders managed to afford enough to create huge minefields during every bomb run was a mystery to me. (This lasted for about a year)
-Ramming a station in hopes of killing my pod
-Ramming an asteroid in hopes of killing my pod
-Also launching as quickly as I could to find alephs immediately.
-Dogfighting in a scout.

oh oh.

Using the "6-probe" load out for opening scouting while pathfinding the way to the enemy garrison.
