you suck at the game
you will suck at the game for a few months
you suck at commanding
you will suck at commanding for months and mothbs
add in all your friends
your squad will suck at the game for a few months
your commander will suck at commanding for months and months
the other squads have been playing for years together
the other squad players have been playing individually for almost a decade
the other squads have commanders that are the best in the game
Your squad will get wtf pwned for at least a year's worth of games ( about 40 since we play squad games once a week )
Keeping players in a squad where you WILL lose and HORRIBLELY every game is difficult and will cause turmoil internally including significant infighting and drama
