Sounds like Sheff just booted those who suck which in this case was everyone. If the entire team just disregards your instructions then they should all be booted.

I have often booted 8+ people and managed to win with my focused core of powerpuff girls I have left over

Command ranking should do that... people seem to care about their numbers.

Never commanded? You have commandrank (0). Command often and lose? Still low at (4) or (5) like a newb. Command often and win? (15) or (28) or something awesome.

I think the definition of 'boot resign'(SR#09) should be clearly explained.

As I understand it, 'boot resign' = boot everyone on your team so you remain ALONE and then type #resign so it passes immediately and the game ends.

if you boot all but one or boot all but don't resign is it still a SR#09 ?

where is the limit ?

people have booted all but a few, then the few resigned against the will of the booter and it counted as a boot resign.

in @alleg terms, i think a boot resign is just booting lots of people in a short space of time.

Yes, they were both on at the same time, yes the same team and yes both flying... ( I was there) It is/has however been VERY rare that they were seen together, it does not rule out two pc's, a friend of a friend with account info, etc etc... Actually he might not be Vandal, Vandal is a better player.
