Usually though, "skill" is used to covertly mean "match the game exactly to my level of competence." Anyone who is at all worse than me should fail utterly (and humorously!) and anyone better is clearly too caught up in the game and their opinions shouldn't count.
He's a new guy who is unable to get into regular Alleg because he is unable to find his router in his house. He was (obviously) able to get into the Beta lobby.
Seth, we hold large scale tests in the Beta Lobby every Wednesday. See front page for more info. Other than that, the only advice I can give you is to wait for the Beta to go live.

Just so you know, Seth, noone outside of your own network can connect to that, nor do you want them to. They could seriously mess up your network. Heh. 192.168.* is a 'local' network, most small networks use that or a handful of other similar addresses. (I won't go into why, here.)
I take it you figured out how to get to your router? Good!
