My server won't load my core
I see that you have each of the factions as having their own custom 'model' in the faction settings. Have you defined this through missionbreif.mdl and the various artwork files? (Search up any 'colonial' bmp.mdl file for the ones you need)
I also noticed that each of the "Starting Bases" has a pre of 13, yet nothing defines this. This could also be causing the server to bork itself. (There's also a few other bases like this, but they would simply be unavailable)
I haven't checked yet, but make sure that each gun's projectile actually exists. I'd wait to test this until after fixing the 'model' in faction settings and the 'starting bases'

Well, I'm not sure the missionbrief is necessary to load the server. I try to avoid changing it because I keep having to change it whenever I wanna play allegiance. Btw, is it possible to make a missionbrief.mdl that works for both my core and other cores without having mine on AU? Btw, I have had a wrong missionbrief.mdl often and it never gave me any problems related to the server. Having a wrong missionbrief.mdl usually crash at the game start.
As for the starting base, my core has worked this way for several versions and I never had any problems running it with both the client and the server. You don't need to have the pre available to have the base like you don't need to have a pre to hold a base when you captured it with a HTT. It is a wanted feature of the core. You start the game with a special garrison, which gives you special abilities. But if this special garrison is lost, it cannot be rebuilt(which is why there's the 13) and the special bonues are lost permanently.
I checked the projectiles already, thx to the ICE feature that lets you view how the projectiles looks like. So far, all particules had a valid image. I think I checked both the server\artwork and allegiance\artwork directory.
