get some undelete software. you may still be able to recover something.

i think it warns you when you un-install that everything gets wiped, but yeah, don't dev in your alleg directory

I remember making that mistake...
Wasn't so costly for me.

Im glad i use backup and a work environment.
You can still recover the lost files with the proper software..

It found some weird older stuff I don't even remeber having on here and a couple .psd, but photoshop could not read them.
I'll just move on to the rest. I guess the pngs will be from 16 bit sources at best.

EDIT: As far as losing all your dev work, I develop in folders on my desktop and back up to an external HD. (Looks as the 4.6 gig folder that contains just the allegiance section of my website; the 10.2 gig 'allegiance artwork-in-progress' folder; hell, here's a 2.7 gig folder with just ship skins -most of which are still unreleased-)

Remember the squad ship skins idea? Yea, that's still underwayafter all this time! Keep in mind that I must make 10 skins for EVERY ship in allegiance. One for every squad on every ship. doh.gif


EDIT#2: Gimme a bit on adding the bases, looks like I need to re-write an installer for them. The current bios hig res installer is for XP and later. I need to rewrite this installer for Vista compatability.
