Hey, apologies for the problem. I was trying to get my son and I set up so we can both play Allegiance, so I logged on with his machine before I even knew about the whole Linked Account issue.
The accounts are: RionWulfe and FaolinW. Could I get those two unlinked so my son and I can play Allegiance at the same time?

you are banned until this goes away. your PC is actually banned as well as your callsign.
EDIT: interesting, cowtown and ryoni are the two vets that I can see playing... can you provide more info?

Err... How am I not a newb? I've played the game once, and have a '15' behind my name, whatever that means. How does one check if their a newbie or not? The account I'm using might be old, considering I tried to use Allegiance like 6 months ago, but could never log in, so I uninstalled it. I finally got it to work this time.
<sigh> So now what do I do? Am I in some sort of trouble??

No, the system autobans you if you're rank is not 0-7 and try to play on the Newbie server. This is what happened to you. If you feel that you're rank does not reflect that you are not a new player, contact Tigereye and he might be able to help you. He's also the one who would be unlinking the callsigns.
Oh BTW, if you can't get your rank reset, then join Cadet. It allows access to a Cadet Newbie server run by jgbaxter@GB that you can fly around in. Join @Cadet anyway /tongue.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" /> CDT-A is just beginning, so you should be able to jump right in.

To answer your other question, no you're not really in trouble. If you used an exisiting account of some several months old, that account would have been given an ELO of 15 when the ranks were adjusted to all the accounts. (Why that was done can be found in the forums, if you care to pursue it.)
When you used the account to play on the newbie server, the enforcing software saw that you were a 15, which is not allowed, and so automatically banned you from gameplay for a period of 24 hours.
Unfortunately, the reset of the account would have caused the problem, then you got caught in the net. Without intervention by the powers that be, you'll just have to wait out the ban period.
(The newbies server is a protected server - it is set up to allow new people the opportunity to learn a bit about the game and controls without having experienced players prey on them. Ergo the enforcement rule.)
