The other day I was surfing the forums and inbetween clicks I get a PM from Dorjan regarding the rare-but-annoying "IPB Error" bug where he can't enter any topic to read it. It's a simple fix (click "edit" then "save" on their user profile) and I did it right then. I think the total time between him clicking "Send" on his PM and him getting a "All fixed" reply was 60s.
