Tiger has been informed so hopefully it should be back up and running as soon as he gets the message.

SOVRoute still works, but it's annoying as hell to use.

Have patience and ASGS will be back up within 5-10mins.

The exact procedures specified in the @Alleg and ZL forums are as follows:Does the problem affect the entire community? (lobby or forum down). If not, just post about it.Wait 5 minutes. Did the problem correct itself? If so, just post about it.If the problem still exists after waiting 5mins, and it affects the entire community, send a "panic" email to an undisclosed email address that will let Tiger know instantly. That's what's happened here today. Raveen followed 'protocol' perfectly, and even though his message woke me from my tigger-slumber, it was necessary. Thanks Rav for working on getting this fixed ASAP.

Things'll be back up soon
On behalf of FAO, sorry things went down. It happens every now and then. Thankfully this doesn't happen often!
