Does anybody know whats "OOBE failed"

Can't open game...Its frustrating. Can anybody help interpret "OOBE fail"?

Yes, we can interpret the error. Probably.
BV is NOT a Helpline staff member and he won't help you. Spamming his with useless crap is not a very good idea in general.

You need more patience to play this game. If you do not have the patience to wait more than 6 minutes, I guess that Allegiance is not for you.

If you are feeling more patient now, fill out the template in the READ ME FIRST POST!

I have the same problem all the time so i can't play either it's so annoying
