Is it things like the StarWars core before Weed had a subforum?
Things like faction ideas like Omnicron Hive?

So what exactly goes into this forum...
The "base" forum should be focused on Core Development, while remaining non-core specific.
For example "Mass". Some cores reduce mass, some don't, those that do implement it differently.
So if you wanted to start the discussion over the concepts of mass and what affects it has, etc... you could start it here.
In the past I'd notice the same person start the same thread 3 times (one for each core forum) and the discussion would have 3 branches... it just makes more sense to have a place where someone can post general development concepts / ideas / questions without having to pick a core.
