XRMs are a valid tactic, they just need to be watered down to make them less silly and scalable.

It may not be high priority, but it can also be done fairly easily. Just increase the AB damage modifier vs rocks

increase everything modifier vs rocks. (except maybe skyrip, that's fine if not a little strong)

There used to be a seismic in SY and one in Tac AFAIK. I think rocks are fine as they are. If anything, I'd make seismic weaker but mountable on SFs.
