Sound Card (Make and Model#):intel® 82801AA AC'97 or intel® integrated audio im only 14 so i dont really even know wat this stuff is.

Modem (Make and Model#):Lucent Win Modem
Router (Make and Model#):Not sure what this is so ill put down wireless network connection
Internet Service Provider(company name): Microsoft i guess not sure

Problem Encountered at Step #: (read the "What Should Happen" for this step#)4
Which Program (ASGS/Allegiance):ASGS
What Error Message: "Allegiance did not start in the time alotted"
Comments (What you tried, description, etc):i tried looking at wiki(went to allegiance academy,clicked newbie guide,clicked tech support,clicked my problem,then read the wiki thing)and it said that there was a long term file inturrupting with the short term file and that i should remove/rename the long term file. My dad said that it was saying the the ASGS thing doesnt know what one to use so it gets confused and just logs me out. Please help me fast i spent literally all day yesterday trying to get this thing to work and im getting really frustrated.
