Yes, the lobby died and as of now it's still dead. I wonder if my server will auto-join once it's back up (assuming I don't need to upgrade the server again)

Well, there was no servers before the lobby dropped so I'd assume the server doesn't automatically list itself when the lobby is up.

Well the good reports of up to zero minutes of game playtime in an empty lobby are most encouraging.

Visions of awesome connections come to mind.

Now coupled with zero minutes of empty lobby time,

AND the question : "When does the fun begin ?" gets bigger and bigger and........

Would it be possible to arrange some kind of testing this weekend? Is the server code working ok with the new clients? I just haven't seen any servers on the test lobby yet so I guess we'd need to coordinate a bit to get something going on. Assuming that the software is ready for this. Any ideas?

The PK vs ACE game this weekend is going to be on the Beta lobby/servers. I'm working on getting a server up for the event - it'll be given by either beauty or aarm. Core will be A+. I'm sure we can leave that up if the general public wants to play on it...

I'm trying to get a server up. No promises though. There is an issue with the server software where it refuses to work with Win2k. Nearly all the server admins run Win2k.
