HvyNan turret

Looked as if the Hvy Nan turret on a Rix Hvy Scout didn't drain energy.. Not sure if this is intended that way..

I might be wrong on this - I haven't experienced it first hand..

It doesn't drain energy, I fired for about 60-120 seconds straight while on TMC's hvy scout and didn't even scratch the bar

I'll double check, but I'm pretty sure rix heavy scouts have a higher recharge rate than other scouts (due to sr ability), and it just doesn't use more energy than the scout recharges
We've upped our standards. Up yours.

Confirmed. Heavy Scout regen is 80 units/second, Heavy Nan uses 13 per shot * 4 shots per second = 52 units per second.

It's not just rix heavy scouts.

From what I can tell, the Heavy Nanite can only be mounted on heavy scouts - So increase the energy consumption some?
