I have converted most of the mdl images to bmp and png format (all with the exception of those related to Effix and the RT core -- MDLUtil wouldn't open them).
I have 43.6 MBs of best-quality png's that are being uploaded here barring any technical or legal issue (I hope the claimed 6 gigs of transfer will do, browse with care).
Please hold your DownloadThemAll and GetRight for a moment, I also have a 42.6 MB rar of all the bitmaps and I'm looking for somebody that could host them for me -- it's too big to be hosted there.
Any help for those?

should just be a case of using mdlthing ( from http://myallegiance.googlepages.com/ ) on all the .png s...

i don't actually know, its not listed on my missing list, but i don't seem to have an originals folder for them, whether i just stuck versions i had in, i don't know.

looks like mine is more "official" art, it is using MS's rocks (but i got them from the source art, not converted them from bmp.mdl), where i could i hunted down original custom faction art, some of it was original original (e.g. i had GT textures that didn't match the current ones, so i went with the current ones instead).
so i guess i don't have 32 bit versions of your rocks, but i guess you could make them publicly available with text based bmp.mdl s... maybe hunt down the environment artists too, get them to release 32 bit environments.

Mad I already released a 24 bit environement pack, you uploaded it to mesial's site I think. I did most of the original environment pack except for a couple by quia. The new doesn't have her stuff but some replacements until we can track her down again.
