A faction that ONLY has scouts...you buy sup, exp, tac JUST for scout upgrades

SY will only have freighter that is LOADED WITH ONLY PROBES (and WHY DO FREIGHTERS NOT HAVE THE $#@!ING ABILITY ALREADY TO DROP PROBES?!?!??!)

Per slot - HUNDREDS or maybe 10 per slot?

well freighters for sure should be allowed to use probes..then you'd see people buy freighters more =)

Seconded! I want scouting tech in all tech trees.
PS something for non rix tac would be ok also?
