I use Ripway for my hosting and I put the signature separator in my signature like everyone else. Right under it I put a Killzone signature I made and its a lot smaller then its suppose to me.
You'll notice the difference between the size of the image in this post and the size of it in my signature. Why are they so different?

I believe that this forum restricts the height of sigs to 100 pixels. According to the properties on your original, it's higher than that, so the forum is resizing it into acceptable limits. If you check the properties of the sig picture, you'll see that it's height is 100px.
