As you may have noticed, R4 includes a 3D rotating object in the intro screen.
I added this mainly to test the 3D code immediatly instead of having to join a game, start it and launch or switch to F3 view.
For simplicy I set this model as "fig22.mdl" which is a Bios interceptor model.
For R4 release we can either remove this or use a cool 3D logo instead of the current model.
So if any 3D artist is available for this, feel free to create this logo.
Format can be .X file or directly .mdl if you know how to.
To test it, you can set it in R4 introscreen.mdl file (should be in <arwork folder>\dev\introscreen.mdl) by changing the line 65:
geoModel = "fig22";
Simple replace "fig22" with your model.
Alleg Logo in 3D
i'm waiting for pook to provide me with a high res version of the allegiance logo to work from - i'm sure he has one (the 48*48 asgs icon wasn't good enough as i wasn't sure if some parts were curves or corners)
but i won't be able to do anything for a while now.
i am away from my main pc until next wednesday evening, then i am going to spain on the saturday. so i wont be able to dev anything for a while

i figured thats why you posted, i'm not too bothered if someone else does it.
rav has given me the highres image i was needing, but now i don't have my main pc... he is making an autocad 2d version of if so i may be abut to use that to make the 3d version, i will try and make it on my laptop when he gives me that, as i could use mostly typed in modifications / transformations hopefully. (drawing is fairly hard on a laptop with no mouse and a very small screen)
