If you are unable to see the scrolling MOTD, there are two possibilities. 1) Your firewall is blocking all Internet access to Allegiance.exe 2) Your Internet Explorer is set to Offline Mode. For 1), you need to configure your firewall to add an exception to Allegiance.exe. You'll say that ASGS works...
