I'm at home and I don't think my ISP is blocking it, though it may be. And I'm pretty sure that there hasn't been some other kind of virus protection software on there. So I'm at a complete loss as to what is causing the blockage. I'm actually thinking about just giving up.

IE does work because I do get MOTD and no, there aren't any other programs like McAfee or Norton on there. I completely uninstalled both AVG and Free Allegiance and rebooted.
