Okay I figured it out. After I close Allegiance, the ASGS window is unresponsive... its like its not there and I can click through it. If I close it through task manager or right click the task bar and close, then I get the bug. I have to minimize the ASGS window two times before it becomes ...

I guess I should have done this when I signed up. I'm a second year Computer Science major and found you guys through the same article on digg. I'm a (0.5) now! Hardest part about this game is figuring out what to do when, the actual flying/shooting seems to have a reasonable learning curve.
