uh this would also help thouse with any int with minis and emps so they could switch from anti-caltrop to int'ing

its because they're rail based weapons. if you use black-powder the sig would only raise by like 25% plus mussel flash the only excluded weapon is the sniper but it costs damage (less output)
but otherwise its a glitch
