Sort of, although i do believe Infrared can penetrate minor surfaces, and could be useful for detecting things in bushes or trees. If behind a vehicles, you might also see the *Exhaust, but being that close i think it would be better to take off the Infra red. *But would not know what kind of vehicl...

Air craft might pwn everyone, but without troops Air Craft cannot effectively hold a position imo, and as such would not be able to "capture" the strategic/mineral point. That is unless one can just build on any mineral deposit around, like in alleg (rocks).

Just throwing ideas out there.

I find as long as i enter game in full screen and do not use Alt-Tab or anything, i can stay in the game with Cort-UI and recently played an hour long game (well...3 weeks ago)
