ive seen it as bad as a comm only accepting vets, the lowest rank was (14) and the other team had a load of (0)-(5) and (7)'s, although that was an extreme case of a comm. i never got owned, pwned, wiped, killed and destroyed so many times in a game (back then i was a (3) now im a (10?)) i find ...

i cant tick the allow empty teams button, but those circle things i can see.

alow empty teams button is light purple instead of red too, like it was disabled

sometimes in the lobby, i see new servers go up with 1 person, then the server lobby locks, and starts with one person. i think this has something to do with the option "allow empty teams" but i cannot do it myself, and have tried multiple server locations and cores/rules.
