...like me. I have no idea how the real gaming is like. Especially when I read all the forum posts with tactics and strategies that see far away from the little dogfithing I did in the last training mission.

Are there some other beta players with free time on this weekend?

I had the same problem and another confusing one, where I always watch out of my ships rear. After reinstallation and/or installation of the BETA both problems were gone. To it looks like a graphics/driver problem. By the way I have ATi 9000 Mobility with 32 Megs and the latest modded ATi drivers.

I tried the beta and it worked without any problems. So I will wait for next wednesday evening (GMT Time?). Until that I will do the training missions.

I have a cable modem + a wlan router from dlink. I tried port forwarding, dmz, port trigging in all differint kind of combinations. Then I directly connected my PC to the cable modem, received a public IP and it didn't work either.
