Can not run Unicode version of ATL71.DLL on Windows 95, 98 or Windows me.
Please install the ANSI version

I have a windows me so my real question is where can i get the ANSI version?

I have to admit im new and i have a problem

when the download was complete it showed an error and requested me to download ANSI version
my question is where is this ANSI version i have been looking but never found it??
