For GS , I'm not sure what's the best solution, I lean quite a bit to not making them a part of shipyard. Is there even a majority of people that desire any change at all to GS? PAX is nice, I prefer Calgary Games Convention (CalCon) obviously. Origins I also like, GenCon is decent, I need to check out the cons in the UK.

Move it to SY where it belongs- all things considered it's really the most applicable, and as Camaro and I were working on- have it give a small top speed perk to cover the mnimum amount it cuts down top speed. In other notes, sometimes I just like to use boosters to get my speed from 0-max quic...
