Week Two End
Congratulations on making it to the end of week two. The end is in sight!
Key points of this week:
- Getting podded is no fun and is a handicap for your team - picking up all friendly pods is an important task!
- Sometimes it is better to retreat than to get podded.
- The scout is a very versatile and very important ship. You should know how to use it to:
- Nan anything and everything friendly in sight
- Defend miners
- Escort constructors
- Escort bomber or HTT runs
- Scout the map
- Probe the map
- Keep an eye on the enemy
- How to manage your signature so the enemy don't spot you.
- The differences between the 3 main tech paths.
Do go back and review this week's material. There is less of it than in week one and it is more important with regards to you becoming a useful member of the team - which is, after all, what Cadet I is all about.
