Part 2 of mesial's modpack.
Extract CompleteOfflinePackage.rar.002 from this file, and CompleteOfflinePackage.rar.001 from the other file, then open CompleteOfflinePackage.rar.001 with 7zip, or another multi-part rar extractor. That will get you CompleteOfflinePackage.rar (finally) which can be opened more normally.
Both extracted .rar.00[1 or 2] files must be in the same folder.
Ridiculous extraction chain is a result of wiki upload rules.
